We are happy to return or exchange your unworn, unaltered, unwashed, with original tags on product(s) within 30 days at zero cost to you (minus shipping costs). All returned items must also be accompanied by original packaging (ie. Lingerie packaging / bags). All panties are FINAL SALE, zero exceptions.

To return, log into your account online at www.ilovevana.com by logging into your order details, selecting the product(s) you wish to return, and indicating whether you’d like a refund or exchange. Follow the steps to schedule a carrier pick-up or drop-off service and have your packaging label printed to attach to the returned package.
